USCON 2025 - Registration Information
REGISTRATION INCLUDES
- 3 Lunches & 2 Dinners
- Certificate with Credit Points
- Delegate Kit (Pre-Registered Delegates)
- Access to Scientific Halls / Trade Display Area
REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
- All rates are inclusive of 18% GST as per prevailing Govt rates.
- Registration fees will be charged as per the prevailing registration rate on the date of payment.
- Uploading your photo is mandatory for registration.
- Spot registrants will not be guaranteed Conference Kit.
- Registration is mandatory for all Faculty Members.
- Conference registration is mandatory for registration in Workshop.
- Provide your membership number for registering in the Members category.
- All Trade / Company / Sponsors, Executives / Representatives are required to register.
- Provide updated email ID and WhatsApp number for communication.
- PG Students should attach a certificate from their HOD as proof of Student Status.
- All pre-registered delegates must carry a valid Government Photo ID at check-in.
- Organisers are not liable for change in dates/venue beyond their control.
- Delegates must care for their belongings; organizers not responsible for any loss.
- Guests should carry insurance coverage prior to the Conference.
- Child up to 6 years is complimentary; above 6 years requires registration.
ACCOMMODATION
- No refund for no-show by the Delegate.
- Cost includes buffet breakfast and GST.
- Carry Valid Aadhaar card / Passport for hotel check-in.
- Personal/Incidental expenses are not covered.
- Delegates must follow hotel safety rules; organizers not responsible for any loss.
- Organizers reserve right to cancel bookings for Govt events or calamities.
GENERAL RULES
- Disputes subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction only.
- No pets allowed inside the venue.
- Guests must follow house rules and applicable laws.
- Kids and Accompanying guests are not allowed during Scientific sessions.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Delegate Registration Cancellations:
- Cancellations on or before June 30, 2025: 50% refund.
- Between July 1 and August 31, 2025: 25% refund.
- On or after September 1, 2025: Non-refundable.
- No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Delegate registrations can be transferred, subject to approval and payment of fee difference.
REFUND PROCESS
- Submit requests in writing to registration@uscon2025.com.
- Refunds processed within 30 business days after the Conference.
- Issued by original payment method in the name of the Registered Delegate.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
- Higher refunds may be considered for emergencies (medical, bereavement), with supporting documents, at
the committee's discretion.
